Rules and guidelines for using PotteryKing services

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and PotteryKing ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website, services, and studio facilities.
By accessing or using the PotteryKing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the services.
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by PotteryKing, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the services.
Membership Terms: PotteryKing offers various membership options with different benefits and pricing. Specific terms for each membership level are outlined on our website and will be provided at the time of purchase.
Billing: Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selection). By signing up for a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on an ongoing basis until you cancel.
Membership Changes: You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Changes to membership level will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Class and Workshop Purchases: When you register for a class or workshop, you are securing a spot that may be limited in availability. Payments for classes and workshops are due in full at the time of registration.
Memberships: Memberships are non-refundable for the current billing period. When you cancel a membership, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Classes and Workshops: Refunds for classes and workshops are available under the following conditions:
Exceptions: Full refunds will be provided if PotteryKing cancels a class or workshop. In extraordinary circumstances (medical emergencies, etc.), exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
You may not access or use the services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. The services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Safety is of paramount importance at PotteryKing. By using our studio facilities, you agree to:
Violation of safety rules may result in being asked to leave the studio and, in serious cases, termination of membership without refund.
The services may contain message boards, forums, bulletin boards, social media interaction, and other interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials.
Any user contribution you post to the site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any user contribution on the services, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material.
You represent and warrant that all of your user contributions comply with these Terms of Service, and you understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any user contributions you submit or contribute.
In no event will PotteryKing, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the services, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
By participating in pottery-making, cooking classes, and other activities at our facility, you acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks. You agree to assume all risk of personal injury, illness, death, or property damage associated with participation in our activities.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PotteryKing, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the services.
These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the services without notice at any time.
We cannot guarantee the services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the services at any time or for any reason without notice to you.
These Terms of Service and your use of the services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms of Service or the services shall be exclusively brought in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
The parties agree that any dispute between them arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the services shall first be submitted to mediation in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the mediation rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.
